Just as we apply principles from training in our
lives; answers we come up with in life are also
reflected in our physical movement. For example,
we avoid head on collisions just as we avoid
unnecessary conflict in our lives.
As we learn to successfully blend and flow with
changes in life, our movements become more
fluid and we are able to transition from one
technique to another more easily. As we begin to
see the larger picture in our training and in
application of techniques, we acquire a larger
perspective in life situations.
The art of blending, adapting, and becoming one with movement

The development of Ju Trap Boxingsm is a culmination of Professor James Hundon's 41 years experience training, competing and teaching in the martial arts; experience in the security industry; and training law enforcement.

Ju Trap Boxingsm teaches us to be comfortable
in all fighting ranges and fight back responsively
to our assailant(s). It uses strikes as well as traps,
which assist in nullifying or shutting down the
attack, and concludes the defense with jujitsu.
The philosophy of Ju Trap Boxingsm applies to
our everyday lives as much as it does to combat
or self defense situations. How do we learn to
adapt to sudden changes? How do we take
control of situations? How do we focus on the
positive and discard the negative?
The ultimate focus of Ju Trap Boxingsm is to blend, adapt and become one with the challenges we are faced with in life-whether physical, mental or spiritual. This is a part of spiritual balance. In this journey we find our own personal expression.
